I am still waiting for the car I ordrered, so in the meantime I am overhauling the engine.

The engine is a Ford 302 V8 from a 1986 Lincoln. It is originally an EFI engine (injection), but I am converting it to be used with a carburetor.

This engine is not going to be tuned, at least not until the car is registered and road legal.

All gaskets will be changed, the cylinders, pistons and valves will be checked, and it will be given a thorough cleanup and new paint.
